Services

HCBS

HCBS brings support right to where children and families need it most, at home and in the community. Services can include a trained worker to help kids practice daily life skills, respite that gives parents a much-needed break, caregiver support, help preparing teens for employment, and even assistance with transportation or adaptive equipment. Unlike programs that depend only on a diagnosis, HCBS focuses on a child’s needs and safety, making it easier for families to get real, practical help in daily life.

ABA

ABA is a research-based, structured approach designed to help children with autism build the skills they need to thrive. Through step-by-step teaching, ABA focuses on improving communication, social interactions, attention, and independence, while also reducing behaviors that get in the way of learning and daily life. Sessions are tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges, using positive reinforcement and practical strategies that really work. Trained behavior analysts guide the process, and parents are given tools and coaching so progress doesn’t stop when therapy ends, it continues at home, school, and in the community.

CFFTS

CFTSS brings therapeutic and emotional support directly to where children and families need it most, at home, in school (when allowed), or in the community. These services are designed to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges in real time, helping children build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and manage daily stresses. Support can include individual or family counseling, skill-building for managing feelings and behaviors, and short-term crisis intervention when things feel overwhelming. A licensed clinician assesses each child’s needs, and services are customized to fit their unique situation. Parents and caregivers are included in the process, so the whole family gains tools and strategies to support their child’s growth. The goal is simple: to make everyday life calmer, more manageable, and more connected for children and those who care for them.

Peer Support

Peer Support connects children, parents, and families with trained mentors who have “been there” themselves. These are people who understand the challenges firsthand, whether it’s raising a child with special needs, navigating emotional struggles, or feeling isolated in the process. Peer Support providers don’t just offer advice; they listen, share their own experiences, and walk alongside families with empathy and practical guidance. For parents, this might mean a fellow parent who helps with advocacy, attends meetings, or simply reminds you that you’re not alone. For youth, it can mean working with someone closer to their age who understands what it’s like to face anxiety, social struggles, or behavioral challenges. Peer Support strengthens confidence, builds resilience, and helps families feel connected, supported, and empowered to move forward.
